Aura Sync - ROG Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe

Hi all, I bought a new PC. Yesterday the aura sync revealed the keyboard, not anymore. Even on the old PC when I upgraded armory crate to the latest version, it couldn't find my keyboard in aura sync anymore.
Can anyone solve the problem?

As you can see, it appears in the device list but not in the aura sync.Problems also with Aura creator, it gives me an error but it reveals it in the device list.

Your error message is saying there was a service error, to restart and try again.

Does restarting your pc get rid of the error?

It works with the reboot. But I can't restart the PC every time I turn it on because it can't find my keyboard and therefore doesn't sync with aura sync. All this with the new update.

I sometimes get this too when my keyboards go to sleep.

Try connecting the usb-c cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port, set the switch on your keyboard to wired mode.

Then check the device list in Armoury Crate.
