Finally i solved the problem! Now i can edit per key RGB in Aura Creator for my Scope 2 96 Wireless! It works perfect on 2.4Hz and on usb-c connection. The problem was in Windows Dynamic Lighting priority, if you change in background light control Armoury Crate to be the first one and close settings, for some reason Windows resets this settings. You need open registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Lighting\Providers and set priority manually, like on my screen. I have 2 options for Armoury Crate, you can try both, i set the first and Default to Armoury Crate, and Windows Lighting should be the last one, then reboot your PC. And now i see my keyboard in Aura creator.

Hello,
Please begin troubleshooting by restarting your PC. Open Armoury Crate, and select your device to check its Lighting Sync Control settings, and make sure you have selected Aura Sync and that your Windows Settings have given the right permissions to the keyboard lighting.
Then head over to Aura Sync settings to check if it can detect your keyboard again.

i have a similar issue which i raised a few days back. They keyboard sometimes appears under sync devices, but then disappears leaving no option to control via aura. All other devices appear as they should under the sync devices tab. I have reinstalled armoury crate and the keyboard. All firmware and updates applied.

Hello,
Assuming you are using a wireless keyboard, is your keyboard receiver plugged into a USB hub? This can happen when insufficient bandwidth is provided to the receiver, causing the connection to the PC to be inconsistent. If you are using a USB hub for the receiver, please try keeping no more than two devices/receivers connected to any single USB hub.
If you are not using a USB hub for the receiver, reconnecting the receiver to the PC or changing USB ports can solve the issue. In other cases, you can try restarting Armoury Crate services, or just restarting you PC (for the same effect) remedies Aura Sync issues.
A major update for Armoury Crate is being rolled out this month, so please look out for the option to update it, and hopefully that can help with issues, too!

hi thanks for the response. I have tried wireless and wired and different usb ports (no hub). Several reinstallations and reboots. Hopefully the new version of armoury crate will resolve things
Cheers

Hello
Make sure Windows Dynamic Lighting is turned on.
Make sure you've updated your ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless to support the ROG Omni Receiver. Try this firmware update. - ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless | Gaming keyboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global
Sometimes under Background light control, you'll have to click "Reset for all devices".
After resetting, it should show Armoury Crate, make sure you move Armoury Crate to the top of the list.
