I have been using the mentioned keyboard for over a year. However, I have occasionally experienced random shutdowns and connection losses when operating in 2.4GHz wireless mode. Currently, whenever I unplug the USB cable from the keyboard and switch it to 2.4GHz wireless mode, the lights do not function. However, if I switch to Bluetooth mode, the lights operate as expected.
On occasion, if I am fortunate, the lights do work in 2.4GHz mode. However, this is inconsistent and only happens sporadically.
I don't believe the issue is related to my PC's specifications, especially since the lights aren't functioning at all in 2.4GHz mode. The battery appears to be working fine, as the Bluetooth mode operates without significant problems, aside from occasional minor connection losses.
I tried to do factory reset mutliple times by esc+fn key and got latest software updates.
What else should I check ?

Hello IIQT,
Have you installed Armoury Crate and updated your ROG Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless keyboard?
Install Armoury crate version 3.2.11.2 - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)
To update your keyboard, follow these steps.
1) Connect the cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.
2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).
3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.
4) Do the updates at the Armoury Crate update center.
Is 2.4GHz wireless mode working any better after the update?

Unfortunately, the issue hasn’t been resolved. The keyboard is updated to the latest software, but when switched to wireless 2.4GHz mode, it randomly fails to light up when a key is pressed. I have decided to send it in for service.
