Hi,
I purchased the asus rog strix scope nx wireless a few days ago. It was working fine but yesterday all lights stopped working, not only the rgb but also the indicator lights for caps lock etc. as well. I cannot turn them using the fn+arrow keys or on the armory crate or in any other way. Things I have tried so far:
- Turn off windows dynamic lighting.
- Restart the keyboard pressing fn+esc and on the armory crate app.
- Uninstall and reinstall the keyboard and armory crate.
- Changing the usb port I plugged the usb dongle in.
Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem? Is it maybe a hardware issue?
