Asus ROG Strix Flare issue - keyboard died

Hello,

I got a Asus ROG Strix Flare in pink and it died suddenly this morning. I didn't install the Armory and I never updated the firmware. Unfortunately it died without saying good bye.

I tried unplugging it, different usb port. Still nothing.

Can I get an firmware file for update please? Thanks

Can I get this firmware too? My keyboard stopped working, all it does is flash the three lights over the 10 key pad, and wont update through Armory

Hey! Did the firmware update work for you? It seems like both of our keyboards just stopped working around the same time (the ROG Strix Flare PNK LTD - right?)

On yours, did (or does) it just flash the three lights over the 10 key num pad?

Hi, I have a ROG Strix Flare (XA01) which just died as well. All LED incl. RGB are dead and no response when trying to type on it. I was hopeing to try and save it with the firmware as well, can I also have a copy please?
