Asus ROG scope II 96 not turning on

Hey. I got my rog scope II today and not turning on and my PC dont see it. What can i do?

Hello JatekFan

Maybe the battery needs charged or you need to set the wireless switch to the proper position.

Let's try wired mode and see if we can get it working.

1) Connect the usb-c to usb-a cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

The keyboard lighting should come on with the ROG logo flashing pink, indicating the battery is charging.

If it's not working, try resetting your keyboard by pressing and holding the Fn + Esc keys until the lighting flashes green.

I tried the wired mode but the rog logo does not do aniting. And i tried to reset the keyboard but nothing hapend.

Ok,

It sounds like your keyboard isn't getting power, have you tried another usb port?

Let's try wireless mode and see if this works.

1) Get the wireless dongle located just below the Del key.

2) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

3) Set the switch on your keyboard to 2.4GHz wireless mode (not Bluetooth).

Does 2.4GHz wireless mode get it to show any signs of life?

I tried all of my USB port but nothing happend. And Unfortunately the 2.4 GHz and the Bluetooth is dead i think. I tried the wireless dongle all of my USB port too.
