Asus Rog Falchion Ace HFX upper bar light Problem

Hey, hopefully somebody has an solution i have an brand new Asus Rog Falchion HFX and the upper bar makes Problems normally it shines red but it starts shining white at the upper right corner like i would swipe und the back touch display what i am not doing, it flashes then it turns back red and it does that so often that it then gets stuck at some time and will shine white constantly only at the right corner

Check in Armoury Crate what you have the Touch Panel set to.

When you set the lighting, the lightbar should change with the lighting settings. You can use Aura Sync or the Device lighting.

This sets the keyboard and lightbar to all red.

Thats not the problem, it flashes randomly

 

 it switches between this two images randomly in 10 seconds

Try resetting your keyboard by pressing and holding Fn + Caps keys until the led's flash green.

Does this get it back to normal?

Ok so, the lightbar corresponds with the Touch Panel.

In Armoury Crate on the left, click Devices. Click your ROG Falchion Ace HFX.

Try setting the Touch Panel to System Volume as in my screenshot, then swipe the Touch Panel left and right. The lightbar should turn white as you swipe it, then change back to your lighting setting. It should show the volume going up and down on your monitor.

After adjusting the volume with the Touch Panel, does the lightbar go back to your lighting settings?

Yes when i swipe it, it goes back to my red setting but after some time it changes itself again and ist glitching around

Try disconnecting the usb-c cable from your keyboard and reconnecting it. 

Check the lightbar after reconnecting the usb-c cable.

This was the first what ive did didnt do anything i think the problem is with the keyboard and not with the software, thr keyboard is 2 months old where can i complain

yep having the same issue and nothing has fixed it for me so far
