Asus ROG cannot connect to Bluetooth via iPhone X ver 16.7.11

my asus azoth keyboard can't connect to my iphone X, when i switch to bluetooth on the keyboard and on my phone i turned on bluetooth and my phone showed the name asus azoth but when i clicked on it my phone sent a message "can't connect to phone, make sure to turn on Asus Azoth bluetooth". i tried many ways but still can't connect (my iphone x version 16.7.11)

1) Ensure the wireless switch on your ROG Azoth is set to Bluetooth mode.

2) Press and hold the button below the control knob for 3 seconds until it shows BT pairing/Host.

3) Use the control knob to select between Bluetooth 1, Bluetooth 2, and Bluetooth 3.

4) Push the control knob straight down until it shows pairing.

5) If it doesn't pair, add the ROG Azoth to the windows bluetooth device list.

hi, thanks for the solution, i did the steps above but my phone still can't connect to the keyboard also i want my asus azoth keyboard to connect bluetooth to a phone running IOS operating system not Windows
