I recently got an Asus ROG Azoth but noticed that the OLED wasn't working as expected.
1. When I try to upload a gif, it keeps saying "Sorry, last operation failed".
2. When I make a custom banner, it shows me random pixels that are unreadable
3. I saw this post https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-keyboards/rog-azoth-oled-display-doesn-t-work-properly/td-p/103... but the solutions didn't work for me and the post was closed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hello lolujkhgkjh
If you're trying to upload gifs from giphy.com, I get the last operation failed message too.
I'm able to upload Gifs from Tenor. - Gif GIFs | Tenor

I screen recorded a Youtube video then used Adobe MP4 to GIF converter. That should work right?

If one of the supported formats are used, it should work.
The supported formats are JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP.

I have somewhat the same problem, except: When I press the "Upload File" button, nothing happens.
Have searched around for any helping threads for an hour, can't find anything about it.

Hello JB63 and KazutoKun
Try getting your gifs from Tenor. - New Year GIFs | Tenor
1) Right click on your gif and click "Save image as".
2) Save it to your pictures and click Save.
3) Upload it to Armoury Crate.

Okay. But the problem is that I can't even get the File Explorer to open. Nothing happens when I press the "Upload File".
I can press the button 15 times and nothing happens.

@JB63 Are you able to upload the file you're trying to use?

No. I can't even get the File Explorer to open. Literally nothing happens when I press "Upload File".
