Asus ROG AZOTH oled display custom gif issue

Hello, I have an ASUS ROG Azoth and I'm have an OLED display

 

 

 

issue. Whenever I try to upload my GIF, this happens. It's not just with my own GIFs. It happens with the sound media mode, the special information header, everything. The issue doesn't occur only with ASUS's own preset animations. It's been two years since I bought it, and I still haven't been able to solve the problem. I've tried everything: connecting it via USB, fully charging it, but nothing worked. The updates were always complete, but it kept happening. If anyone else has experienced the same problem, I'd appreciate it if they could tell me how they solved it because I'm fed up

and also my windoıws key act like alt keys and alt keys acts like windows key, i cant write my email ugh. this keyboard is so good but has so many problems

Hello perisenman

1) Have you installed this firmware update to update to the ROG Omni Receiver? If yes, then all good. - ROG Azoth Gaming Keyboard | Compact | Gaming GAMING KEYBOARDS｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global

2) Install Armoury Crate. (version 3.3.6.0) - Armoury Crate - Support

3) Check for an update at the Armoury Crate Update Center.

To update your ROG Azoth:

1) Connect the charging cable to your ROG Azoth and a pc usb port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

2) Set the keyboard wireless switch to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Do the update in Armoury Crate.

i did it about like 10-15 times but nothing changed.

Ok,

I personally haven't experienced this, but there were a couple users that had the same issue.

The fix was to roll back to an earlier firmware version. They listed a link to it, but it says the page cannot be found. So I can only suspect ASUS removed the older firmware version.

1) You can try resetting your ROG Azoth by pressing and holding Fn + Esc keys until the led's flash green.

nothing changed.

nop i am ok with oled panel with the azroth with the stock funtions available. 

the keyboard is on 4.00.14 and receiver is on 7.00.04

I add 2, 

This 2 i download it random 

maybe is out of range?

But the problem isn't just with my own custom GIF. It happens when I switch to music mode or  information mode too. (i dont remember mode names)

if the unit is on warranty contact asus.

 I do not know if replacing the oled screen resolve it. since the panel controler is on the pcb board not on the oled assy.
