asus rog azoth led issues

hello i keep getting issues with the leds i have my leds to color cycle and it just rests to red or the leds stop working and i have to go back to the app re click on color cycle and i have bring the brightness up on my keyboard the app doesnt work and when i turn my pc on the leds arent on and i have to go in the app and turn color cycle and turn the  brightness up on my keyboard

The lighting on the ROG Azoth Lighting page is dim, I reported this to the ASUS tech team.

For now, you can use the Fn key + the Up and Down arrow keys to control the led brightness or use Aura Sync.

On the Sync devices tab, check the box for your ROG Azoth.

Then choose your effect on the Aura Effects tab.

You'll also want to turn off Windows Dynamic Lighting and move Armoury Crate to the top of the list.

im having the same issue as well after plugging in my usb c to the keyboard.. lights suddenly went so dim, tried controlling it on crate to no avail, i have to manually toggle up the brightness. please fix this.. thanks.
