Hello everyone, I would like to start by saying that I am not a native English speaker.
Reading all this, I'm probably not the only one who was more than disappointed by the ASUS hardware in combination with “Armoury Crate”. I already own the third ROG AZOTH keyboard and it ALWAYS comes back to the same ******ing error.
B_ROG AZOTH (KB) Module Bootloader
It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to install this update via the Update Center, as it ALWAYS results in an error that has to be sent to ASUS. I would like to note again, the third keyboard with the same error. I sent the other two back and got a new one. Maybe I have found the glitch in the matrix and I can produce ASUS e-waste every week. Since I haven't been able to get any help for my problem from support, ChatGBT, Google etc. have been no help either, I'll give it a try here. I can't be the only one who has this error if I can reproduce it without problems with every new ROG AZOTH.
Since the keyboard is stuck in the bootloader, neither the lighting nor the display works. So extremely expensive electronic scrap BUT I can write with it, which is to be expected.
I am attaching pictures.
Maybe someone here can help me or had the same problem.
BTW the other problem:
overlaps with the ROG SPATHA X. Since I have both the keyboard and the mouse, I have NEVER been able to change mouse or keyboard functions such as colors or buttons in Armoury Crate. As you would expect, I have the same problem with my motherboard or graphics card only from time to time.
Thanks for reading and thanks for your help

Hello MrTw33K
It looks like you haven''t updated your ROG Azoth to support the ROG Omni Receiver.
1) Connect the cable to your ROG Azoth and pc usb port.
2) Set the wireless switch on your ROG Azoth to wired mode (switch set to the center position).
3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.
4) Install the firmware update. - ROG Azoth | Gaming keyboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global
5) Do the update in Armoury Crate.
How does this go?

Hi Nate152,
thanks for your tip and feedback.
I have already tried this two weeks or so ago, but have tried again. I get an error during the update (screenshot attached).
I think the big problem is that the keyboard just got stuck. If you could just turn it OFF and ON, the problem might already be fixed. However, the keyboard is always on, I would probably have to let the battery run empty, but then I no longer have a keyboard with which I can operate my PC, so that's out of the question.
The keyboard is also completely dark, no RGB - no display nothing - just writing AND even some special characters don't work.
Best regards
MrTw33k

Hey, sorry for my late reply. I filled out the form and uploaded two logs.

Hi, I wanted to ask when I can expect feedback ?
Or can someone come up to me and offer me 4 keyboards as a replacement ?

I have not yet found a solution for this or a sensible approach. You should be able to switch off the keyboard completely to refresh the bootloader - unfortunately the keyboard does not offer the possibility to switch it off 100%.
