Asus Claymore II Caps-Lock stuck

GoldenVenom

Hi, my CapsLock reversed sometimes. No matter wheather i hit it or not. This onlys occures in Wireless mode, no problems if wired.
I have seriuosly no idea how to reproduce. While i'm tiping this my caps reversed again.
Now: LED on = no caps, LED off = caps.

I tried everything Software sided like changing keyboard setting etc, and even reseted via FN+ESC, Shift + Caps, long press Caps, Ctrl+shift+caps.. So i'm assuming, that's firmware based? Because no problems at wired mode.

Got this problem on Win10 assuming on Win11 it gets fixed but no, no software problem. Even a clean install of 11 won't fix it.

Any advice here?

Hi TSportM

What does the update center show, is everything up to date?

Check for updates at the top right of the update center.

I'm using the ROG Falchion NX.

Versions may be different since I have the ROG Falchion NX.

Armoury Crate and your devices are showing up to date.

I don't know the particular versions for the ROG Claymore II but if Armoury Crate isn't finding anymore updates, you should be good to go.

I see MasterC@ROG says there is an update for the ROG Claymore II 80%, just a guess but this could mean an update could show by removing the numpad.

If no more updates show and everything is working ok, I wouldn't be too concerned.

every thing is working ok except the caps lock always on you have to do do combination of num lock and caps lock a few times to turn it of and the lights for those functions are messed up when this happens to mention that this is via dongle 2.4, via cable no problems.

it tried to search with the num pad disconected and no new version was found.

thanks for the reply anyway dont see this beeing fixed any time soon, this keyboard is the top of the line but only us few have it and........

I wasn't sure if trying with the numpad disconnected would help or not but thank you for trying.

Check for updates at the Update Center in Armoury Crate every now and then, maybe the next update that appears will address the caps lock issue.

If it isn't in one already, try the dongle in a motherboard usb port.
