asus azoth wireless 2.4 not working

I bought the keyboard a couple of days ago. 

Omni-Receiver Version: 4.1.1.1 

asus azoth version : 3.00.23

armoury crate : 5.8.6.0

 

I tried to update the keyboard using the instructions step by step, making sure the USB and receiver were both connected to the PC and the keyboard was set to USB mode, not BT or Wireless. 

I tried uninstalling the armory crate using the tool, then installing it again and updating, yet nothing works!

It seems you are using an older version of Armoury Crate or you haven't got the update yet, the current version of Armoury Crate is 5.8.8.0.

You could try reinstalling Armoury Crate again. Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows, then install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2.

Same problem here, I already updated the Crate, but it seems Asia Pacific regions only have 5.8.6.0 versions. We dont have th 5.8.8.0 versions.
