Asus Azoth Screen is not saving

As mentioned in title, screen is not saving anything else than the default annoying gifs. I can't save even date without being reset every restart/ turn on/off. More over, after it reset, I cannot set it back or it applies automatically.

Second, I can't even set GPU's temps as it's not showing at all.

It's a bummer for a 250 USD keyboard to be held back by software. 

Any fixes?

Another issue is the 5% to 10% cpu utilization of a background process named asus nodejs web framework in Task Manager.

i mean, i paid 200 eur, only to be held down from software. 

even so, for so many days not one moderator or customer support answered to this thread. 

most likely i will refund it. i wished to have a full setup rog but i see its imposible. cant wait to escape from this bad software. indeed it is using way more resources than it should be

I am having a similar problem. This problem occurs when Windows Defender protection is on. Can you try turning off real-time protection? It does not detect any threat but prevents it from working properly.
