Asus Azoth - OLED not displaying battery life indicator correctly.

I hope the picture displays correctly.

I have bought this new keyboard and it just arrived yesterday, the oled screen is working and currently set to 100%, I can see the spinning rog logo easily but the volume and battery indicators are so faint, I have to put my nose up to the screen to see it.

This can't be right as I have seen it really clearly in review videos. I have tried plugging in a cable and I have tried resetting to the keyboard multiple times, and I can't fix the issue.

I am not sure how to edit the post and the picture did not upload correctly.

Hello GD2X

This seems to be normal as the brightness of the indicators don't change when adjusting the brightness of the OLED display.

But it isn't normal because I can't see the indicators. Not unless I put my nose right up the screen and I can see it faintly.

(I don't know to edit posts on here)

Further more, at 25% brightness, the OLED screen is black. I can only see the spinning asus rog logo at 50% minimum.

You must be in a very well it room room.

At 25% brightness, the OLED display is darker than the indicators, but I can still see it.

I picked up another keyboard, and it works flawlessly with none of the issues stated above.

I wish you had been more helpful.

Sorry about that, I should have had you test it in a dark room.

But, good to hear all is well with a new keyboard.
