I have a problem with the Asus Vulcan PRO. I was playing CS:GO normally, enjoying my brand new headset, when suddnely the sound went really low. I put the volume up to 100 and it's still really low. Couldn't even hear what people said through Skype with no background sounds.
Do I have to return my headset for repairs? Or is there a way to fix this?
