I know, both of these issues were addressed before in this forum. However, the solution to either one isn't there.
The popping sound occurs on 2 of my laptops, one of which is ROG G17. It only concerns the FL and FR drivers. It occurs when the music suddenly changes in volume or stops. Also changing volume makes the annoying popping sound.
Secondly, 7.1 is way quieter than Stereo for no apparent reason. It's very annoying to have to switch to Stereo when listening to music, and even in games 7.1 is super quiet.
Too many issues for such an expensive headset, and no support whatsoever. Extremely disappointed.
