Rog theta 7.1 I can't play true surround sound 7.1

On Windows 11 and after an update. The option to enable true surround sound is no longer present. It's now virtual surround sound like cheap headphones. What is the solution? I contacted support and they did nothing. The headset is still in warranty and I'm thinking of returning it. It was very good before this defect

Would like to confirm if you have touched the multi-channel switch on the left earcup? Please check that it is switched to 7.1.

There is a single button to switch between the computer and the phone

Is it switched to PC? Please do that. If you're doing that now, then disconnect and connect again and see how that goes.
