ROG Strix Go 2.4 fail to connect wireless

Hello. I tried to update FW on my new strix go headset with wireless adapter only without usb cable and it was fail during update.and now i cant connect via wireless. Headset working with 3.5m jack cable but not with wireless(and it was working before i tried to update. So what can i do to make it work again or fix it? Can i hard reset or something? I cant update it is always fail.Thank you

P.s dongle in usb hub c port have red color that is working i think

Just turn off the headset, connect the usb cable, then try to update, if not, switch the dogle to another usb port, and try again, mine works only, when i turn them off , good luck buddy.

Cannot update the Go 2.4 FW via wireless connection. Please connect both the dongle and the headset using a Type-C cable, then update using the file from the link below:

This worked for ROG DELTA S Wireless. Cable you supplied is type c to type a and its not working when updating firmware. Only type c to type c and of 2.4 connect.
