My Asus Rog Strix Fusion 700 headset still worked normally until Amoury Crate recommended that I update to the newer version 5.9.4.0. Currently my headset cannot work, cannot connect to wire or bluetooth, there is absolutely no sound working, neither is the LED light. After researching, many customers encountered similar situations with this product line and did not receive support from online consultants to completely solve their problems. Is it true that Asus Rog released this update with the hope that their loyal customers would have to throw away the headphones they are currently using to upgrade to a newer version? However, with this experience and customer neglect, should we continue to buy Asus Rog headphones?
