I found that my ROG DeltaS headset has no sound when plugged in (I’ve already confirmed that it’s switched to the headset/speakers). The headset lighting is on, but there’s no sound. I also tried it on my Mac another PC both didn't work ,still no sound. The headset name says "ESS USB". I tried reinstalling the driver, but it shows "Can’t find USB device" or "Please make sure the correct device is connected and try again." Armoury crate can not find the device too.
