i wonder if anyone has had the same problem.. please help if you can.
I used my headset for few months now but it is no longer recognized or even noticed by my laptop. the RGB lights are on when i plug it. mic mutes (turns red) when i push the volume switch. on a much older laptop, sometimes it gets recognized sometimes it doesnt, when it does, sound is very bad with alot of noise.. i uninstalled armory crate and reinstalled it did the updates nothing. i am using the usb adapter without it the lights don't even work no sign of life some
i read abt the rescue firmware but i cant find it anywhere.. please help if you can
