ROG Delta Type C - Connection Issues

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm starting to lose it. I have the ROG Delta headphones and they worked well until now. When plugged into my laptop, they won't always be recognized (as in, not appearing in Device Manager) and will sometimes connect briefly only to disconnect shortly after. I don't have this issue when I use the headphones with my phone, however, leading me to believe that it may have been an issue with drivers. Since I was having problems with the laptop, I decided to do a factory reset but issue still persists. Any help?

Hello LiShengshun

You're at the right place.

So, you did a factory reset on your laptop and still have the usb-c disconnecting issue.

Have you ran windows update and is windows fully updated?

Do you have Armoury Crate installed and is Armoury Crate and your ROG Delta headset fully updated?

Would you have another usb-c device to test to be sure the usb-c port is working properly?

Alternatively, you could use the usb-c to usb-a adapter cable, this most likely will solve the disconnecting issue.
