Hello Enverhan
Try using the USB-C to USB-A adapter for the wireless dongle, it's found in the box. Then, connect it to a usb 2.0, 3.0 or 3.1 port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports. For good measure, restart your pc after connecting it.
Does this help get your ROG Delta S Wireless connected with 2.4GHz wireless mode? I'm using the USB-C to USB-A adapter with my ROG Delta II and all is good with connectivity.

Does your ROG Delta S Wireless show in Device Manager?
If yes, right click on it and click uninstall, then reboot.
After rebooting, try pairing it.

Ok,
Try this:
1) Connect the charging cable to your headset and pc.
2) Make sure the Mode switch on the headset is set to 2.4GHz.
3) Make sure the wireless dongle is connected to a pc usb port, I'll still recommend to use the USB-C to USB-A adapter.
4) When you go to use the pairing tool, you'll see this, double click it.
Then, click Headset
Click RH200WLE
Run the firmware update tool.
Then check if you're able to pair.

this method needed headset pc mode? (hold function button 15 sec?)

Not worked. i tried on 2.4 mode and try to pair and tried 2.4 + function button (pc mode) but not worked.
When first time double click to "RH200WLE_FW_Update_tool" windows asked to me like "is that program worked normally"

Thank you
Click Run anyway, not sure why it says that.
Have a read through this help article, you'll want to have the cable connected as well as the wireless dongle when using the pairing tool.
Ok, so to use
