ROG delta S wireless Firmware update 0.0.0.16 update failed.

Hi everyone. It's almost more than a month since the last time I used my wireless headset. I still can't get it to update its firmware to 0.0.0.16. just wondering if anyone here got their device work? appreciate your response.
