ROG Delta II Microphone and Audio not working at the same time

I just purchased an ROG Delta II headset and I cannot get the microphone and audio to work at the same time. Either the microphone works or the audio works, not both. I have updated them to the newest firmware as the microphone wasn't working before the update. I have restarted ArmouryCrate as well as my PC multiple times. I have tried switching the dongle from USB-C to USB-A. Nothing has fixed it.

Do you have the ROG Delta II headset and microphone selected in windows?

I do yes, I have double checked permissions, that enhancements were disabled, and that they were set as my default device.

Do you have the microphone muted?

Press the volume wheel, the microphone will light up red when it's muted.

The microphone light will be off when it's not muted.

Microphone is not muted, tested multiple times. Red light is off and voice said "Microphone on"

Try running the windows troubleshooter for input and output devices.

Does it detect any issues?
