I updated the software to the latest version, 2.5GHz works without problems, and bluetooth does not see any device (laptop, smartphone, computer) It is not known why this is so, but the problem with finding a headset via Bluetooth was immediately there.
Solved! Go to Solution.

I see,
I'm using a pc, I don't have a phone to try with.
So, in the instructions under "Pairing Bluetooth again", it says to press and hold BOTH function buttons (2.4 and BT) at the same time for 5 seconds.
Try this, hopefully this gets bluetooth working.

Hello YGX
To connect with Bluetooth:
1) Turn the headset on with the 2.4GHz wireless switch.
2) Press and hold the BT button until the led starts rapidly flashing.
3) Go to Bluetooth & devices, make sure Bluetooth is turned on and click Add device.
Next , click Bluetooth.
The ROG Delta II should show in the list, click it and it should connect.

This was done earlier, but the headset does not appear in the list of devices, although the 2.4 mode works.

Ok,
Try running the windows bluetooth troubleshooter.
Does it find and fix the problem?
Here is my device manager. I'm using windows 11, windows installed the Bluetooth drivers automatically, I didn't have to install any Bluetooth drivers.

There are no problems with Bluetooth on the device, the smartphone still does not find the headset
