Hello, I am having a similar issue to the discussion in this thread https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/armoury-crate/rog-delta-ii-audio-issues-after-armoury-crate-update/td-... . I just got this set and it's great but when playing games the audio sounds as if it is stuttering or tearing when explosions or higher treble moments happen like airstrikes. The audio sounds as if it is ripping and there is audible high pitched frequencies that definitely should not be there. It is really distracting and uncomfortable and otherwise takes away from a completely well rounded headset. Unlike the other post, updating my headset in ArmouryCrate did not solve my issue. I have turned off Audio Enhancements, Dolby Atmos, and am on 00.04.04.00 on the dongle and the headset firmware and my settings are below. I also do not run ArmouryCrate on my gaming PC, I save the settings from my laptop to the headset and then play with the dongle on my other PC. My EQ is just GadgetryTech's but with slight tweaks to raise channel Left to 55 and a bit lower Compression.

Also like I mentioned on the laptop it had audio glitching on the laptop in games, so it was on both PCs

Is it possible to provide a list of games which are affected by this on both the desktop and laptop? It would be difficult to test all the games users inquire about, we can start from the titles which we do have readily available to expedite the process.
I should also add that reviewers from media tested these thoroughly and we never got this feedback. The Delta II is my main gaming headset as well and I haven't experienced this either. Perhaps there is an issue with the headset itself by the sound of it (if all other headsets are fine), are you able to exchange for another one from your place of purchase?

I don’t have time to QA every game for Asus with this headset that should work out of the box. I mentioned two very popular FPS games with which I am having the issue. I don’t really play any other games. And I don’t see how other people like media reviewers who might only use these for a few hours when testing for a review are relevant to my issue. I’m sure those same reviewers didn’t see their CPU fry because of their Asus motherboard (thanks again!) and have to get replacements from multiple manufacturers. I’ve sent these to Asus to be repaired and they are paying the shipping.

Sorry it's been difficult to find the root cause in your case. If you private message me your RMA number, I can keep an eye on this case and provide locals more context if needed.
