ROG delta 2 will not appear in Armoury Crate

I have uninstalled with the tool and reinstalled 5 times.  I have tried every USB port on my PC with both the USB A to USB C cable and the 2.4Ghz dongle.  Under no circumstances can I get Armoury Crate to recognize the headset.  I am running version 5.9.9.0.  Please help me.

Were you able to get Armoury Crate to recognize your ROG Delta II?

Yes.  I actually ended up going to the product page and downloaded Armoury Crate Gear for the D2 from the Support section, then Drivers&Tools.

Im having same issue and even after manual install of drivers, nothing is working.
