Rog Delta 2 Dongle Replacement

I've lost my Delta 2 ROG dongle. Could somebody from customer service advise me on how to request a replacement? I bought this headset like 10 to 15 days ago. The ROG store here in Ecoland, Davao said they don’t know how to handle this kind of issue and that they don’t assist with problems like a lost dongle, since they said it can’t be replaced.

Unfortunately, ASUS doesn't sell wireless dongles separately, so finding one could prove difficult.

Best place to check for a wireless dongle is ebay.

On a side note, you could use Bluetooth mode.
