I've been trying to pair my new Cetra earbuds to my iphone 16 using bluetooth, but I haven't been able to so far. It works with the dongle, but not bluetooth. I am able to connect them to my PC using bluetooth, so that shouldn't be an issue, it just doesn't get detected on iphone.
I tried factory resetting it, updated the firmware in the armoury crate app on my PC, I am on the latest IOS firmware as well but nothing seems to work so far.
Does anyone have any tips or solution?
