ROG Centra true wireless bad microphone quality

Hello,

I bought ROG Centra true wireless headphones a few days ago, and everything worked fine, sound was great, microphone sound also. But, when I downloaded official Armory crate app, and installed it, when I opened it, firmware updated automatically to version 1.61. After that, microphone sound became very bad, and microphone is almost unusable. Minutes before firmware was updated, everything worked fine.

Did someone have this problem?

Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

I don't know I think I'm having the same problem as you it's when I activate my mic on the earbuds the sound quality gets really crappy it's almost sounds mono not stereo or surround sound at all but when I'm not using the mic and it's off the sound quality sounds awesome really good I don't get it and I can't seem to find a fix for it or a setting or anything

Forgot to say I'm using them on my PC to play Star citizen Tarkov battlefield games that uses a mic

For all people that are having the same problem, or are planning to buy this product, do not update your firmware. This is what is causing the problem.
