Problem Asus ROG Strix Fusion Wireless

Goodmorning,

I have recently acquired Asus ROG Strix Fusion Wireless


Touch Control function pause/play and change songs doesn't work, nothing is happening.

Instead i think that the sound up/down it is not perfect configured ...the sound rises or little or too much


What can i do?


I only have this problem?

Which software are you using to play content?.
Was the software minimized when you press the touch panel?
The increments for volume are set. Finer increments will force users swipe too many times. Try adjusting the Windows volume controls first.

i'm using windows media player.
I try to perform the action change song/play/stop but nothing is happening.

I don't have the ROG Strix Fusion Wireless headset but, this problem likely has been solved as it's been four years since this was posted, many updates have been released since then.

I don't see any recent posts about this problem so I would say yes it has been solved.

Sorry for the late reply.

The first thing I will ask, is if you've installed Armoury Crate and updated the firmware of your headset.

If not, in the link below select your operating system, it's under Utilities.

I have the same problem. Volume control the only touch control that works. Unable to activate LED. Unable to play/pause.
