Hello, I’m french and I didn’t speak English very well. Sorry for my errors. I have bought the ROG Delta Gaming Headset 3 months ago. Everything it’s OK but 2 weeks ago, the right side have a very low volume compared to the left side. I do the update 00039 but everything no changes. I didn’t know what it’s happening. The headset works well in PC but in PS4 this problem is happen. *this problem does not occur before on ps4,*Only since 2 week. Can you help me because the technical support did not help me. So sorry for grammar errors.*
