Delta S Wireless not working in 2.4 and BT

Hello,
I bought the ROG DELTA S WIRELESS on March,2024

Since this morning, the headset no longer works in 2.4 and BT (Blue light still on)

When I switch it on in 2.4, there's a little "beep", but that's all. It's recognized, but that's all. No sound. No mic. The settings are not accessible. The blue LED flashes.
In BT there's a little "beep" . Same thing happened like 2.4. Light's on but no sound.

I looked for help online. I downloaded ASUS Pairing tool v1.0.0.0 , followed all the steps but it didn't work. I checked the dongle. I worked well no problem with it.
I bought this headset 11 months ago. It' s still in warranty. How can I send it to the Asus? and What should I do now?

I did everything but it doesn't work. Light's still on but 2.4 and BT both don't work. I tried it with my PC,LAPTOP,PHONE,etc . Still no sound, no mic. 
I used it last night. I worked well, since this morning the headset no longer work.

Strange it stopped working overnight.

You could try the wireless dongle in another pc usb port, you can use pc case or motherboard usb ports.

You can try uninstalling your ROG Delta S Wireless from device manager and reboot.

Well sir,
For now the BT work well, but for the 2.4 no working. I tried it with 2 Pcs and 1 laptop. It did not work. I think the problem is the dongle. 
It's still in warranty
What should I do now?

Try using the usb-c to usb-a adapter for the wireless dongle.

Same problem, tried plug 2.4 via usb-c, usb-a and usb 2.0, still doesn't work and the problem sure is dongle.
