So brand new headset out of the box today. Everything is great apart from the fact that I don't think the mic in the left earcup is working. Setting up everything to use in Teamspeak, if I tap the right mic it moves the input bar no problem, but there's nothing on the left.
Latest firmware updated on installation. Tried USB C and A combinations.
Any ideas?
