Delta S Wireless doesn't pair, pairing tool is not helping

My Delta S Wireless stopped to pair via 2.4, bluetooth is working, but also with the laggs (need to repair everytime via bluetooth).
Pairing tool is not helping, it just doesn't even see headset, but I've done everything according to instructions.
Also, tried to plug 2.4 through USB 2.0 and USB-A.
