As per title.
A lot of buyers of your overpriced Vulcan ANC headset still cannot buy spares.
Why is this?
Have you got a problem with customer service?
Are they so cheap for you to buy that spares are just not viable?
Are you just not interested in the buying customers?
Are you only interested in profit and want nothing to do with the customer after sale?
Come on, can you give me a good reason as to why a £70 headset that has been popular since 2012 still cannot be used due to Asus lacking the ability to supply spare earpads?
You know the pads are made of cheap pleather that splits and crumbles, so why not supply spares for these headsets?
I still have mine, cannot use them, but they sit there waiting for replacement pads. I have another brand now, they came with replacement pads, and seems the manufacturer are not stuck up and as arogant as ASSus.
So cmon, stop brownosing each other, stop whatever scam crap you do, put a bit of time and effort into what pap you get made by children in appaling work conditions and supply spares you cheap bloody cash grabbers.
