My ASUS STRIX 7.1 USB Gaming Headset has stopped working.
All the lights on the control device are on - normally every other light is on. I think this is an error code, but I can't find an instruction manual - only the 'quick start' manual is available online, which doesn't have a troubleshooting section.
I've unplugged all the connections, rebooted the laptop, turned off the power for a minute, etc.
It has 2 USB-A plugs. If I plug the power-only one into an Anker battery, I see it register as I plug it in, so I don't think there's an issue with the USB Y cable.
Any ideas what the issue might be?
