I'm a huge fan of Asus, all the products are pretty primo stuff. This headset is no exception. I've had it for about a year, give or take, and it was working fine. Sounded great and had little to no problems with it.
All of the sudden all the sound in my computer cuts out and a red light catches my eye. What-

NEVERMIND I FIXED THE PROBLEM.
Literally like just now. ****.
So I just learned that if you click the volume dial on the little control box, it mutes the headset.
I had no idea.
This isn't a joke, I'm being 100% serious. I hate myself.
