asus rog vulcan mic problem

Guys,i have a problem,asus rog vulcan when i speak people cant hear me(low hard to listen)anyone problem to fix it or setting?TQ

1) Ensure the mic boom is inserted fully.

2) Ensure the Vulcan ANC is set as the default comms device in Control Panel and that gain is sufficient.

Hmm okay well I'll write it out, as its so easy to do.

Control Panel>Hardware and Sound> Click recording and right click on the Vulcan Mic, set it as default communications device.

You can't really go wrong, so no excuses 😛
