Asus ROG Theta 7.1 undetected by armoury crate

Hi everyone,

I bought this headphone last week and i'm happy with it. It works fine. The only thing i cant get to work is the control of it in armoury crate, the program doesnt see it.

I installed Rog Armoury and i can do everything there (7.1/2.0, tuning the audio....)

I want to keep only Armoury Crate and have everything there. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Approved solution is do a search for "armory crate full download" and after running the armory crate uninstaller proceed to run the full install, I had the same issue after a clean windows install and that'll fix you right up, that you for being a part of the multi-driver headset users

thanks for the tip. it sees everything at the start of the installation but it stops near the end because "the system is busy" when there is only the installation running...

Must fully run the uninstaller reboot then extract the full installer and run as admin. If need be, only select the theta 7.1 install that then run the armory crate installer from the myasus and that'll download the rest of peripherals

By full installer you mean the full, larger file armory crate download? Not the light version? Just select theta, as full installer allows you to select individual parts. Is this correct? Then after. Install the rest on the light package? Or also use the full package to install the rest?

Just use full for everything

I've had a lot of time with armory crate, happen to have the theta, fusion 500 ii right now, I've come across quite a few problems and due to little to no feedback from the company, most solutions are gonna be community driven.
