Asus ROG Strix Wireless Channel Mixer Problem

Hello, As u can see the picture, only front speakers active. Others are off and i couldnt find any way to open them. So there is no 7.1 surround sistem in the games only stereo. İs this a malfuction or there is a way to open them. i can send back to seller if its a malfunction.

Here it says 7.1 is a cheat. For sales trick. Did asus cheat us? There is no ifo really how we use 7.1 in games or movie?
