Hello Support,
I bought your headset in March 2022 and everything was perfect until now.
I am not able to use the mic on the headset anymore. I did a few workarounds, like checking the setup, or if the mic is muted, etc. but no success at the end of the day.
I use the mic of my webcam currently and I suppose that my mic is broken.
Do you have any suggestions? Is it possible to buy any spare parts for the headset? A new mic would be awesome.
