Hi Nate, sorry for checking in late. I solved the problem and I leave the solution below.

Solution.
First of all, connect the headset to the computer with a cable that can transfer "data" through the connection port that supports at least USB 2.0 (the cable that comes in the headset box is suitable for this) and turn off the headset. Connect the transmitter of the headset to the computer, both must be plugged in at the same time. Download the firmware file from the "BIOS & Firmware" section of the official ASUS website, which I have left below. After downloading, extract it to the folder. Before running the "EXE" file in the file, edit the "confic.ini" file with the help of notepad. Change the "version = 3763" line in the opened config file to "version = 9999" (The purpose of doing this is because the program is very old, it tells you that the headset firmware version is already up to date and gives an error.). After changing it, run the EXE named "AV62XXFWupdate" as an administrator. After an installation process of approximately 5-6 minutes, you will see a warning that it has been installed successfully. Disconnect the transmitter and headset from the computer. Plug in the transmitter. Turn on the headset. The connection will be successful.

Hellof4thcq

Have you tried installing this firmware update to see if it fixes the connection issue?
