Hello i got into issue here where, my asus rog cetra does not provides bass boost or virtual surround sound in my phone before it was working perfectly fine now when i open armory crate into phone i can not see options virtual surrounding and bass boost,
but i opened it in computer it shows both options
Laptop Asus rog g15
Phone samsung galaxy s23
but when i tested virtual surrounding does not work it makes no difference in hearing, but bass boost does
This is screenshot where it says only FL (Front LEFT) FR (FRONT RIght ) works
this is armory crate in mobile now, before it had bass boost and virtual surrounding i have been using my asus rog cetra true wireless for 2 month never been dropped or anything like that , i do not know whats changed have not updated (was not any software updates done) tried factory reset didnt work nothing changed
maybe there is someone who had same issue and fixed it without problem
