Asus rog centurion sound

Hi guys

I have bought and ASUS ROG CENTURION and I have some problems os first off all if 7.1 is not activated than I cant hear the steps for example in Mad max or other mpcs speech like in Wolfenstein or civ6 and when I turn it on then I can hear them only from the right side and I thinks its not normal. Secondly when I play PUBG I cant hear the sounds from the rear I tried everything but I simply cant hear the shooting from the rear ,from the other directions the sound is perfect.I dont know what the problem so I hope that some of you cant help me.

Have you changed the in game settings to allow 7.1 sound?
if the settings in the game and the headset does not match
the sound would come out very strangely, thank you

yes and I checked more times but the problem still stands
and I discocered that when I disable 7.1 on the control panel and set the game to stereo the problem also still stands so can it be that tha headset is wrong ?
