Asus Cetra true wireless earphone update error

Hi, until last week i can use settings of cetra true wireless earphone on armoury crate but, last week i noticed that armoury crate  asked me to update the earphone, and the name of update is HTML , however whenever i try to update it gives me error (error code 4162). How can i solve my problem?

Hi, I have the same problem. Yesterday I bought a rog cetra tw headset and they connect and work but but won't install in armory crate. Armory sends me to update page, but when I click on update drivers download and install half way and then I get error 4162.

I am seeing the same problem. I even tried a full uninstall and reinstall of Armory Crate. So for not able to get things to update. Its mostly annoying because I can cant control them through the app anymore. I have to do the tap thing to swap audio profiles and noise canceling.

same problem been in emails for over a week now.  It was thursday they got back to me from a email sent the sunday before,  telling me to do things I already have done. emailed photos tens mins after and more another email Friday. it has been four days now have not heard back from them and starting to get a little frustrated at them for lack of correspondence to us on this problem.

Same error here, also reinstalled Armory Crate and of course restarted the PC several times. Has anyone received an answer from customer service or a solution to the problem?

No solution yet. I have been told that the case has been escalated to higher level and that is that. And there was mail notification that they are still working on it and one mail where they asked me to check if drivers for cetra are installed in device manager.
