- After submitting your application, did you click on “Register Inquiry” within ten business days to check the status of your application?
- The event page clearly stated that if the application is incomplete or does not meet the eligibility criteria, it would not be processed. If you did not complete the inquiry within the event period, please note that we are unable to assist once the period has passed. Fulfill Your Destiny : Get Black Myth: Wukong with select GeForce RTX 40 Series.
Additionally, could you confirm whether you received any response from the event team? If you did, but the issue was still unresolved, please kindly send us a private message with the conversation screenshots, product serial number, and email address for further confirmation.
